Cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and coffee are already provided, making the space practical from the moment you arrive.


Bedrooms

The villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own character while maintaining the same calm and comfortable atmosphere.

The master bedroom features a double bed framed by soft curtains, creating a more intimate and cozy space.

The second bedroom features a double bed and has a bright, open feel, making it ideal for another couple.

The third bedroom offers two single beds, making it perfect for children, friends, or additional guests.

This layout makes the villa particularly well-suited for two couples, families, or small groups, giving everyone their own space while still staying connected.

All rooms are quiet, softly lit, and designed for deep, comfortable rest, with high-quality linens and a relaxed atmosphere throughout.

A baby cot and high chair are also available for families traveling with young children.

The Croce area is gradually developing, while still retaining a strong rural and authentic character.

About 7 km away, the town of Sinalunga has larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Coop, and Gala, as well as a small shopping center.

For shopping, the Valdichiana Outlet Village is approximately 10 km from the villa.

The location is ideal for both relaxation and exploration. From here, you can easily reach cities such as Siena and Arezzo, as well as many smaller Tuscan villages and rural landscapes.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

We simply ask that you treat the house, the garden, the pool, the spa, and all available spaces with the same care and respect you would show in your own home.

1. Respect for the Property
- Please use furniture, furnishings, appliances, and equipment with care.- Do not move furniture or furnishings without authorization.- Any damage or breakage must be reported promptly.- Do not use towels, bedding, or other linens for purposes other than those intended.
2. Guests and Parties
- The property may be used exclusively by the number of guests specified in the reservation.- Any additional guests must be authorized in advance.- Parties, events, or receptions are not permitted without prior authorization.- Please respect the peace and quiet of the village and the neighbors.
3. Quiet and Tranquility
The Tuscan Retreat Spa is a place dedicated to relaxation.
We ask that you keep noise levels moderate, especially in the evening and at night, and avoid loud music, loud talking, or behavior that may disturb the neighbors.
4. Pool
- The pool is for the exclusive use of the house’s guests.- Running or engaging in dangerous behavior in the pool area is prohibited.- Bringing glasses, bottles, or other glass objects into the pool area is prohibited.- It is recommended to take a shower before entering the pool.- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.- The pool is unsupervised: use is at the guests’ own risk.
5. Spa and Hot Tub
- The spa and hot tub must be used according to the provided instructions.- It is prohibited to bring glass or objects that could damage the equipment into the spa or hot tub.- Please follow the safety guidelines.- Children may use the hot tub only under adult supervision.
6. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas, using the designated ashtrays.
7. Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior authorization.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
8. Kitchen
The kitchen is available for guests’ use.
Please use appliances and utensils with care and leave the kitchen tidy after use.
9. Garden and Outdoor Areas
Please respect the garden, plants, flowers, trees, and decorative elements on the property.
Outdoor areas must be left in the condition in which they were found.
10. Safety
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.- Do not leave valuables unattended.- Use appliances and equipment according to the provided instructions.- In case of an emergency, contact the owner immediately or call the emergency numbers listed in the house.
11. Trash
Please sort your trash according to the instructions provided in the house.
Do not leave trash in outdoor areas, in the pool, or in the spa.
12. Check-out
Before departure, we kindly ask you to:
- leave the house in an orderly condition;- turn off the lights, air conditioning, and appliances;- close doors and windows;- make sure you haven’t left any personal items behind;
