'I just impressed by the courtesy & professionalism of the staff. The breakfast was a delight. Drinks in the bar was just relaxing. My room so comfortable, clean,and I felt so delighted. I won't have any criticism about the hotel. Everything was just perfect. Excellent hotel. I will be back for sure, and I recommend this place. '

'Hotel is good but not outstanding. Location is great, close to all you need. Staff is friendly and always there when needed. Could been given a room at the inner court instead of the street side to our family with two small kids, barking dogs on the street near our room kept kids awake. Breakfast has a good selection but only filtered coffee is a no-go, no orange juice. Nice pool but jacuzzi’s did not work. Friendly staffed pool bar. Gym was fine.'

'Location of the hotel is perfect: close to the center of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. Rooms are clean and offer all comfort you would expect of a five star hotel. Japanese restaurant is very good, however, lunch at The Lotus restaurant isn't. Not only is the food not OK, the restaurant is too big and old-fashioned. Service is very good, very friendly staff.'

'このホテルは、マーケットに近いので選びました。 利用はしてないですが、綺麗なプールが屋上にあります。 ホテルにつき、部屋に案内してくれる時、受付の方の説明が良かったです。英語です。 部屋はかなり綺麗で1人の利用でしたが、かなり広かったです。 朝食つきで、予約しました。カンボジア料理も食べられますが、パンの種類、野菜、フルーツも多く、かなり満足でした。 アンコールワットの朝日を見る場合は、朝食にお弁当を頼めます。自分は利用してないです。 鍵がカードのなのですが、途中で効かなくなった時も親切に対応してくれました。対応してくれたのは、BOSSABA さんと、VICHARAさんでした。ありがとうございます。'
