Our house, which can accommodate up to 7 people, is located in the heart of the historic town of Luçon, close to the train station and 40 km from La Rochelle airport. All amenities are nearby: 100 m from the covered market, 200 m from the municipal swimming pool, and 400 m from the Jardin Dumaine, listed among the most beautiful gardens in France. The house boasts a magnificent, fully enclosed and secure 2500 m² landscaped garden, perfect for your pets, with a carport.

It comprises:
- 3 bedrooms with new and comfortable bedding; towels and linens are provided.

- A spacious and inviting living/dining room with Wi-Fi, a giant 65-inch flat-screen TV with Canal+ subscription, Netflix, and a Yamaha CLP30 piano, opening onto a southwest-facing terrace with garden furniture and a parasol. A large mulberry tree and fragrant honeysuckle will provide welcome shade for your summer gatherings.

- Upstairs, a mezzanine with a double sofa bed.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crepe maker, etc.

- An adjoining laundry room with a washing machine and an outdoor clothesline.
- Two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) and two toilets, ideal for maintaining privacy.
