This immaculate 680 square ft. two bedroom one bath cottage is the perfect cozy get away, three minutes to everything including the beach, historic downtown restaurants and locally owned shops, beautiful Lincoln Hills Golf Club and amazing hiking paths with fresh water fishing. Relax. It's all here at your beach town cottage. Pure fun. Pure Ludington. This is a no pets/no smoking cottage.

This was the perfect homebase for our family vacation with its proximity to town and the state park. It was clean and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of yard space. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit. The host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.A few other notes (none of these are deal breakers for us, but may deter others):There are no closets or dressers (luggage racks are provided). The bathroom is quite narrow.

Exactly as advertised!!

Cozy Town Beach Cottage was perfect for our short getaway. It was comfy, CLEAN, cozy, and quiet. Its convenience to the beachfront, walking trails and local restaurants was ideal for us. The host was wonderful! There was a problem with the cable (local outage - not the host’s fault) and she responded immediately and stayed in communication until it was resolved. VERY HELPFUL!! We had a great time in Ludington!!

Cute cottage

This cottage was cute, clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The host was very good with communication and the cottage had everything we needed including a good supply of paper products, soaps and even coffee. SWEET LUDINGTON COTTAGE

My sister and I came to Ludington to attend our brother's wedding at Little Sable Point Lighthouse. The weather was gorgeous for the entire weekend. The cottage was lovely and plenty of yard to have outdoor activities. We strolled around the town of Ludington, just a few minutes away from the cottage. Lovely shops and restaurants to choose from. My husband and I are hoping to take a trip up this way in the late summer, early fall. I would definitely stay here again, if available. Sheila and Trais Dolan were wonderful hosts and Sheila was available to us throughout our stay.

We had never vacationed in this part of MI and and our cottage we such a nice surprise. Easy walk/bike ride to town and the beach. Very cozy space with a lot of nice details. Plenty of towels and kitchen is well appointed. We would recommend and return.

Cozy Ludington stay

This was a cozy little house on the north end of town. Although we stayed here over New Years Eve the house is conveniently just a few blocks from Lake Michigan and less than 10 minutes from the state park. Downtown is close by, about a three minute drive or 15 minute walk if you’re up to it. The house itself is clean, up to date, and well maintained. The hosts are very responsive as well. It was a great stay.

Nice but small

We were very comfortable with the house- it was clean, close to town and beach and well stocked. I have to say that I think it's best for 2 to 3 people and not for anyone tall (61/2 foot ceilings. There is little storage space and we used the smaller bedroom for our clothes and toiletries.
