The terrace can be accessed from the living room, which includes a TV area with a beautiful sofa that turns into a double bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom is comfortable and overlooks a second small terrace. The bedroom with two single beds is lively and colorful. The bright and elegant bathroom in soft and relaxing colors will help you relax in the modern shower with hydromassage jets. Leave your car parked in the structure: ROGGIA 15 is just 3 minutes from the Exhibition Center, 5 from the lakeside and 10 from the historic center.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the property; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a lakeside beach, tennis courts and a sailing club.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop \"Viganello, La Santa\" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
