Two-bedroom apartment 10 minutes from the lake - LIDO 3

A 15 minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the Lugano lakefront and the Exhibition Center (exhibition center) LIDO 3 is the perfect two-bedroom apartment for a holiday of tourist and naturalistic interest in the beautiful region of Ticino, with family or friends, but even for a business trip.



The soft and warm colors, such as light gray and cream color, are the leitmotives of the furnishings, chosen with taste to make guests feel at home. The bright living room overlooks a terrace where you can relax outdoors after a day of visits; the TV area has a comfortable sofa for watching a movie with friends and the table is for 4 to have lunch and dinner with the whole family. The kitchen has an induction hob and is fully equipped for preparing and serving meals.

The bedrooms are two, both double, spacious and with wardrobe to store the wardrobe of all guests. A bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment does not have a reserved parking, but you can park in the public car parks near the building. In Via del Tiglio, next to the Lugano Exhibition Centre, there are numerous municipal car parks.

The Exhibition Center is 3 minutes away, Ciani Park and its Villa are 5 minutes away, the historic center of the city is 10 minutes away. The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Lido di Lugano, with its indoor swimming and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and sailing club. At the La Lanchetta restaurant, a 2-minute walk away, you can take a boat  to various destinations of the Ceresio area.



How to arrive: 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus No. 2 (direction Castagnola, Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes). Get off at the \"Lugano, Palazzo Studi\" stop and walk 3 minutes to the building.

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in a few minutes you will reach the apartment.
