'Hotel Dama is wonderful. From the moment I made my reservation, staff were in touch with us about our needs, and this continued throughout our stay. The room was perfect and the hotel is beautiful, especially the rooftop patio. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect - in Condesa, walkable to La Roma and to parks and museums. 'We had a great stay here for 4 days during the World Cup for the Mexico v Ecuador game. Our room/apartment was huge compared to most hotel rooms and had everything we needed. Location was great too down a secure road. Special thanks to our host - Humberto for organising safe transfer to and from the Azteca for a convincing 2-0 win to Mexico. Gracias.'
