Located on the 2nd floor, accessible via an outside walkway, it comprises a pretty 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... and a dining area.
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a large wardrobe. Direct access to the terrace
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A 17 m² terrace with furniture (1 table, 4 chairs and 2 armchairs) to enjoy the sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, high chair.

The apartment is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Behind the residence, 50 metres away, you will find a boules court, table tennis tables and tennis courts.
At the harbour, 100 metres away, you can hire paddleboards, kayaks and boats. You will also find the diving club and boat trips out to sea.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor parking lot.
