Gîte Pina - Gîte avec piscine partagée

We welcome you to this former 17th-century silkworm farm, nestling in the heart of Provence, in the commune of Lussan, 15 km from the elegant Duchy of Uzès and 24 km from the Cévennes National Park. This charming 80 m² gîte with private entrance can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a roof terrace and a 200 m² shared garden with swimming pool and summer kitchen. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :

- A 25 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and a double sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : one king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds joined to make a double bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : high chair, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, freezer.

Outside :
- A 14 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- 25 m² garden with table, chairs and sun loungers

Communal areas, shared with Gîte Romy :
- A saltwater swimming pool (7.50 x 3.50 m) open from May to September (dates non-contractual). The pool is not heated in July and August.
- A summer kitchen with all cooking utensils, tables, chairs, electric griddle and gas hob.

Ideally situated in Lussan, in very pleasant surroundings, you will find rest, relaxation and the pleasure of dreaming in the cosy nest of this gîte. Water and sunshine make life more beautiful !

Blue, green... relaxation and daydreaming, lulled by the song of a few birds of paradise... Picnics, barbecues, siestas or readings in the shade of the trees in a comfortable hammock, an aperitif, dinner under the garland with friends by the pool illuminated by Klein blue photophores.
It's all about conviviality and elegance, and enjoying the peace and quiet of this little corner far from the noise of the world.

Activities :
Take advantage of a rest area ideally located to criss-cross the Occitanie region and discover its authentic villages bursting with charm! Explore Saint-Ambroix and the ruins of its medieval castles, Barjac and its ramparts, the characterful village of Lussan or Goudargues and its canal. The Gard region, from the Cévennes to the Camargue, offers rural landscapes with endemic vegetation and breathtaking panoramas. Visit a host of caves, including Traduc, Salamandre and Cocalière. Nîmes and the Romanesque Museum, as well as the must-see sites in the Gard: the Bois des Species, the Camargue and the Salins du Midi, the Tour Carbonnière.... Many hiking trails start less than 100m from the house. Whether you're a fan of discovery, adventure or thrills, a Gard getaway is sure to please !

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gîte's private car park, which can accommodate one vehicle.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Alès station, 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport : Nîmes Alès airport, about 1 hour away by car.
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels included

- Pets are not allowed.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- The fireplace is operational. For stays between October and April, an initial wood fire is provided.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
