You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. As soon as you complete your booking, we will send you detailed instructions for your access. The instructions will provide all local features, parking possibilities, the best recommendation regarding places to see and visit Luxembourg, and access to the building and find your apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the famous District of Luxembourg’s old town, Ville Haute, which centers on Place Guillaume II, a medieval square with al fresco cafes and smart brasseries. It is the most happening part of Luxembourg and a few minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment has access to easy public transport options by bus, tram etc.
Getting Around:
The apartment is 10 minutes from the main train/bus station in Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.
The apartment can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 15 - 20 min.

Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:
1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.
2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.
4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.
5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.
6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.
7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.
8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.
9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.
10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.
11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.
12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.
13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys. The access code will be sent once you’ve completed the check-in process through your Guest Area and it’s close to the official check-in time at 3:00 PM.
