'Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.'

'This place was wonderful for our family. The staff were so kind and helpful. They had a car on the premise and were able to make multiple trips for us. Breakfast was brought to our apartment each morning, and was very tasty. The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything you need. Very close to airport. Would definitely stay here again. '

'Safe and quiet, the units at golf course apartments are spacious, functional and uncluttered. The staff are warm and welcoming and the property is kept neat and tidy. There is a pool, gym, tennis court and squash court and nice gardens and walkways to satisfy your exercise needs. Its located very near restaurants and malls in an upscale area. Its also conveniently located beside the Kampala Hospital.'

'I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. '

"The welcoming words at the check in, the overall state of the accommodation, sufficient gym, clean pool, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good and friendly security, close to transportation motorcycles, close to golf court, good AC on the rooms, good WiFi, great buffet breakfast (English). Great outside places to enjoy breakfast.We had small technical issue on our room, it was fixed immediately. Overall a great stay, definitely recommendable. "
