'Beautiful home, and very comfortable, our only issue was the gravel road and loose rockery driveway into the home with our motor cycles and our friend who has bad knees. When we were considering reserving the home, we inquired about having Truck and trailer with street bikes to tour around in. It would be helpful if it was disclosed that the home is located on a gravel road with unpaved driveway with loose rockery. We were told there would be room to park and additional parking at end of road. '

'I think I did this review on my phone already. Maybe did not go through due to Mountains. This property is a steal for the price Roomy, clean, comfortable with laundry facilities, a full size fridge, and stable working Smart TV signal. Well equipped with everything we needed. '

'The cowboy cabin was such a fun place to stay! Complete with kitchette! The communication was perfect and check in was simple. The location is slightly out of the main area of town and offered perfectly dark skies for viewing the brilliant stars! We loved sitting on our little porch and watching for shooting stars. This cabin was close enough to local food options and the suggestions offered were appreciated! '

'This was our first time glamping and our whole family loved it! We stayed two nights and enjoyed the fire pit and stargazing both nights. The facilities were so clean and just as described. The location was perfect for Capitol Reef National park. We had 5 people and so our 5th person slept on a cot, which they said was very comfortable as well. The bathrooms and amenities were so nice and we would definitely look to stay here again in the future. '

'Great little property alongside the river. Great location, close to Capitol Reef and other natural attractions in the area. The unit was very functional, family friendly and the host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend to others as well.'

'We had a great time staying here. It was very clean and plenty of room for our family. It’s close to Fish Lake and Otter Creek. The Owners are very kind and keep in contact if you need anything. We highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. We will be back! '

'We arrived after a long day of hiking, exploring and driving up from Bryce Canyon. Our four teenagers jumped out of the car and immediately ran to the goats and ponies living near the house. They all had big smiles and then explored the house decided this was a beautiful, spacious and open house. They all found comfy beds and the internet worked great for watching a movie . We all loved the big yard with the pond for paddle boarding and the amazing views. The house was very clean and well...

'Absolutely fabulous! The house itself was very nice and had everything you could want or need. All of the furniture was comfortable and cozy. But our favorite part was the view. You could sit on the front or back decks to relax and enjoy the valley, mountains, hummingbirds, stars and we even saw the Milky Way! '

'This place was perfect! It fit all 15 of us very comfortably (we didn’t even use up all the possible sleep options) and had so many amenities. The kids ranging age 1-13 all found things to do and stayed very entertained. They had things I forgot to pack, like a child highchair/booster for the table and a Nintendo Switch. It was clean, comfortable, and the view was gorgeous. I definitely recommend if you are going to Capitol Reef with a large extended family. '
