Kelyma Lymington vakantie herenhuis met strand / meer in de buurt

Het huisje heeft een mooie zonnige patiotuin met verhoogd dek om buiten te eten. Er is een tafel en stoelen met een parasol en een tuinzitje op de patio. De tuin staat bijna de hele dag in de zon.

Voor fietsers en jagers is er een aparte ingang die een overdekte doorloop naar de achterkant van het huis is. Het is perfect om uw externe apparatuur veilig op te bergen en alles droog te houden. Er is een waslijn in dit gebied voor alle uitrusting voor nat weer.

Het huisje zelf is een Tardis en is veel groter binnen dan je zou denken. Er is een lounge, een eethoek, een keuken, een serre en een zomerse ontbijtruimte die uit de keuken leidt. Het huisje is erg warm en gezellig maar heeft veel leefruimte. We hebben geprobeerd onze klanten alle comfort van thuis te bieden en na te denken over alles wat u nodig heeft om van uw tijd te genieten.
Lokale eigenaren bij de hand om hulp te bieden indien nodig.

Woning heeft een aparte afgesloten zijingang die volledig omheind is en geschikt is voor het opslaan van fietsen, vaaruitrusting etc.

Zeer dicht bij het centrum en een auto is niet nodig.

Perfect location for 3 seniors wanting a break in Lymington/ New Forest areaAlthough dated this property is spacious ,clean and very comfortable It is much bigger than the description given There is such an abundance of linen, crockery , cutlery ,kitchen equipment , glasses etc provided that you do not need to look far for anything that you need! There is a dishwasher and a washing machine tooThe added bonus is a designated car parking space that you can see at all times from the property The property is a 5 minute walk to the harbour and even less to the high streetAlthough the property is on the fairly busy road into town once the shops closed we found it a very peaceful, safe areaWe would definitely recommend this property for discovering the area

Loved it here, stayed with daughter and partner, position excellent, close to shops and quay. Very spacious as well, had two shower/ toilets upstairs as well as a toilet downstairs plus a conservatory and outdoor garden, very comfortable and clean.

Well appointed, great position, spacious home

To start with Lynne was a great host, friendly communication, responsive to our needs. The house was perfect for us, a family of 3 visiting friends and family locally, travelling from O/S so we needed something comfy enough with all the amenities required when staying somewhere for 2 weeks. We liked to cook and so great to have a few basics in the pantry to help, which we've contributed to for rhe next people. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the multiple bathrooms were appreciated.The house is roomy which is great for a family and a car parking spot nearby is fantastic. Location wise-A quick stroll to the high street for coffee, shops the, train station around the corner make this place perfect for a base to explore the new forest. Definitely recommend, we'll be back! Thankyou Lynne we loved the place , we had a great time in Lymo!!

Very homely

We all felt very relaxed in the cottage and it was very convenient for getting around by bus, train, ferry and boat trips. Crabbing, museum, walks and cycling all great and convenient. Lymington taxi to Beaulieu motor museum was easy. The house has lots of cooking equipment, multiple TVs and tables, towels, and the washing machine was helpful too.

Really enjoyed this property very spacious with a lovely conservatory and outside space. All rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped with crockery cutlery glasses etc. A very well cared for house and very clean.

Short stay in Lymington

Really enjoyed our stay in this property. Really nicely presented with many personal touches. The ground floor is really spacious. The front lounge is in the shade , while the rear breakfast room and lounge conservatory are in the sun. There is also a more formal dining area by the front lounge . There is also a rear garden patio area with seating. The upstairs bedrooms are quite adequate. One with a king size bed , dressing area and ensuite shower room. The other bedroom with double bed and shower room. All in all the property was great and we wish that we had more time to stay there.

Convenient and clean holiday house

The cottage was very clean and well equipped. It was larger than we expected from the photographs, and it was very comfortable and convenient for Lymington town. Communications with the owner were great, and the parking space was a real bonus. As it was a bit chilly we did not use the outdoor area, but in good weather that would be very welcome I am sure.

Everything you need for a break away. Great location for town, ferry and railway station. Nice private garden area to sit in. Stairs are steep but we as a party of 70 + aged people managed fine. Would definitely go back

Cottage is absolutely gorgeous but far too much 'stuff'. It was more like staying in someone's private house than a holiday cottage. Nobody needs so much crockery and cutlery etc, nor other people's left over food (some of it out if date). There was not one kitchen cupboard free when we arrived. Could have done with some instructions on how to use the heating etc. Thankfully we did not need it. But we had a lovely stay.

Brilliant location, only a short walk to the town, quay and station. Lovely outside space (bigger than it looks in the photos) and lots of downstairs space including a conservatory that we loved! Owner was really helpful from pre-booking to post arrival and answered queries very quickly.
