CLIMATE CONTROL: central heat and air!

PARKING: Private 2 car garage + street parking is available in front of the townhome! There`s usually enough room for 2 cars in front of the home, but more vehicles may park anywhere along the sides of the street.

***PETS***

We allow 1 well-behaved dog per stay with an additional $75 fee. Here are the requirements:

-Dog must be up to date on flea & tick treatments. (proof provided upon request)

-Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

-Dogs will be crated when owners are not present

HOUSE RULES:

1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You must be at least 25 ft from the townhouse if you smoke. We will impose an additional charge if our cleaning staff smells smoke after your stay.

2. NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, OR PARTIES. No outside guests are allowed on the property without the permission of the hosts prior to your stay. We reserve this space for our confirmed, overnight guests.

3. 1 DOG ALLOWED PER STAY (see additional requirements above). Extra charges will be assigned if there is evidence of damage upon departure.

4. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

5. Please follow our simple CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing.

6. SHOES OFF the rugs so that we may keep the house in top condition, thanks!

You`ll have access to the entire townhome.

The townhouse is located on downtown Lynchburg`s most beautiful street. We encourage you to enjoy the historic architecture on the street (the cherry blossoms in the Spring are gorgeous!). Stop into the Lynchburg Visitor Center 2 blocks away inside the Lynchburg Museum and get your morning workout on the 139 stairs at Monument Terrace! Walk 2 blocks to grab Hill City donuts for breakfast or lunch or dinner at Grey’s.
