Lakefront Home op Prachtig Lake Ontario, dicht bij Niagara Falls

Spectaculaire Lakefront eigendom direct aan het meer van Ontario. Niets tussen het huis en het meer, maar luxueus groen gras, ideaal voor buitenspelen en ontspannen. Er is een extra groot stuk grond over de weg voor extra parkeergelegenheid of om te gebruiken voor outdoor recreatie. Er is een openluchtvuurplaats om op het meer te genieten - een geweldige plek om de spectaculaire zonsondergangen te zien! Dit is een volledig niet-huisdier, niet-roken eigendom. Maximaal 10 gasten.

Het huis is volledig gerenoveerd - met gloednieuwe badkamers en keuken, nieuwe vloeren, flatscreen-tv en mooie zonnekamer. Minimum 3 nachten verblijf.

Het meer is toegankelijk door op vlakke stenen naar het water te stappen. Geniet van een van de zonnige zonsondergangen over het meer en vroeg wakker worden om de geweldige zonsopgang te genieten met rustige ochtenden aan het meer. Na een dag sightseeing of wijnproeverij komen thuis naar dit ontspannende stukje paradijs!

Home Accommodaties:
Geniet van uw verblijf in dit ruime, comfortabele thuis weg van huis. De grote, moderne keuken en familiekamer kijken uit op het meer van Ontario. Er is een extra zitgedeelte naast de open haard. U dient uw eigen vuurhout voor het vuur te voorzien.
Kabel is voorzien voor uw entertainment en draadloos internet is beschikbaar. Met slaapkamers boven en daar is veel privacy voor iedereen. Het is ook erg handig om een ​​volledige badkamer op beide niveaus te hebben. Er is airco op de 1e verdieping en 2 airconditioners in de bovenste slaapkamers voor uw comfort.
Buiten gemakken:
Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht terwijl u onder de overdekte veranda slaapt. De propaan grill maakt het gemakkelijk om te BBQ en de buitentafeltafel biedt een comfortabele plek om te ontspannen en van buiten te genieten. Er is een intrekbare luifel over het westelijke terras om van de zonsondergangen te genieten.
Lokale bezienswaardigheden zijn onder andere: Green Harbor Marina, Tillman's Village Inn, Pointe Breeze, Oak Orchard Creek, Lakeside State Park, Amish Stores, Murphy Orchards, Niagara Wine Trail. 45 - 60 minuten van Niagara Falls naar het Oosten en Rochester naar het Westen. Bezoek het Sterke Kindermuseum, het Thema Park Darien Lake, het Waterpark Sea Breeze, het Museum van Rochester en het Wetenschapscentrum, de Zoo van Seneca Park en nog veel meer!

We had such an amazing stay after our wedding weekend. Our families had enough space to enjoy each other’s company. They had a great time fishing, kayaking, playing badminton, sitting by the fire pit and just relaxing. A really great place to enjoy our family.

Older home with lots of charm had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were at a family reunion most of the time but were very very happy with the selection of toys to keep my son’s 2 yr old occupied. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

We found the cottage very easily and it was as expected, you have 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 upstairs. There is a futon in the living room as well. Kitchen was well equipped and we were very comfortable. Lake steps were closed, but we enjoyed the access way. The host was very quick to respond to some questions we had If low-key is what you want, this is the perfect spot.

My family stayed during an annual golf tournament fundraiser at a nearby country club. It was a great place close to the gathering points. Nice to come back to beautiful sunsets every night and all the amenities you can think of. Then to wake up to the beautiful sunrises each morning was truly special!

There is hardly beach access, which is what we were really planning on for this trip. The only way into the water is over huge boulders that were recently placed there to prevent erosion of the shoreline. The "beach" down the street, which we were told was for loading/unloading kayaks, was so filthy that we could not even get in. The house is large, the AC is good, the water pressure in the shower could not be worse. The bugs are UNREAL. so so so bad. spiders and gnats everywhere, inside and out. Like big spiders too, spooky big guys. Overall the stay was good, but don't expect easy access to the water, which is what one would expect when staying at a water front property.

My friends and I had a fantastic time on our trip here! With that being said there are a few issues with the property that I think she be noted. The first is the bug problem. We basically could not utilize the fire pit or go outside after dark because there were swarms of nats. The owner had a shock light but it was filthy and full with bugs and not helpful. We tried using bug repellent and it did not help the situation which did put a damper on our trip. Additionally, the “beach access” mentioned is not a beach, it’s a flat waterfront area full of rocks and weeds that you have to climb through if you want to take out a kayak or go swimming. The only alternative option to this “beach” is climbing down the rocks directly in front of the property that are incredibly dangerous and slippery. Almost all of the friends I had staying with me cut themselves on the sharp rocks at the “beach” or on the cliff at one point or another during the trip. I also think that the owner could have been a lot nicer to us and did feel that she was rude to us as a group because of our age (we are all in our 20’s). The house is super cute and the inside was very clean and overall we ended up having a very fun trip, however if you’re wanting easy access to the water or campfires at night I don’t think this place would work well for you.

This is a great country cottage right on the lake. It's not a newly built Hilton resort so there are some minor flaws, but it's a great place for a family to hang out. My brother and I brought our families together here for a short 3-day visit and it served us well. The location is the KEY element for this house. Its location right on the shoreline of Lake Ontario was very relaxing (the shoreline here consists of large rocks for erosion control. There's a small pebble beach just down the street a bit, but we didn't visit that.). Cooking up some hot dogs & smores over the fire pit and hanging together around the campfire was the highlight of the trip for me and the lake background contributed to the ambiance. There's also a stack of board games inside for family fun. The kitchen is well-appointed and updated. The two bathrooms are updated. Water pressure for the 2nd floor shower was disappointing, but likely due to low pressure in the area and/or small water lines. The queen beds are downstairs in the plainer bedrooms and the doubles are upstairs in the nicer ones (with views of the lake). Given that most adults don't want to sleep double in a double bed, it'd be nice to have the queens upstairs, but we didn't spend any time in the bedrooms other than sleeping, anyway (so the kids got the nicer rooms and the adults got the nicer beds). The location is very rural and very quiet. As a surprise bonus, there are quite a few Amish farms in the area, so it was interesting to see them out and about. We happened to see a couple 4-horse teams hooked up to work the land. There are a few vegetable stands in the area with some gorgeous seasonal fruits & veggies (strawberries, tomatoes, sugar peas and another pea (I forget the name) were in season for us). Niagara Falls and Fort Niagara (an interesting visit if you like history at all) are a reasonable drive away. The Erie Canal is very close. Probably some more stuff, but we didn't have time. Lynn is a good, organized host with a multi-page PDF to send you before your arrival. No problems with communication. Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful place where a family can hang out and spend time together, this may be a great solution for you.

Looking to replace our annual SC beach vacation with a safer, more socially distant but water-focused trip, we found this lovely cottage. We certainly enjoyed our long weekend and wished for more! Lake sunrises and sunsets are spectacular and a HUGE selling point. However, the obviously detailed nature of the owner is what makes a difference to a guests stay. 1) Remodeled bathrooms are great down to the detail of the candles matching the decor; 2) Strategically placed air conditioners and fans make keeping cool a breeze; 3) A remodeled and VERY well-stocked kitchen makes it easy for you to cook a meal at home, and; 4) Upstairs bedrooms have a great view and comfortable sheets and beds. We are so happy with our visit! ACH

Overall our stay was amazing! Lynn was great to work with and we had a wonderful family trip. Pros: Right on the water, access to swim, plenty of space, property manager very responsive and helpful, quiet, located between two bigger cities if you wanted to have more hustle and bustle, 20 min from Hamlin Beach, fire pit Cons: house not as clean as I would like (neat freak here), one side had very close neighbors with an eye sore of a house

The description and pictures of this rental property is spot on. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves, simply content to swim and sit by the water. The fire pit was perfect for our evenings. Although it was not July 4th, we were treated to an elaborate firework display from a beach further down our place. This rental had enough indoor and outdoor games to keep us from keeping bored! The sunsets every evening were just beautiful as we sat by the lake. Swimming can be done, as you can navigate your way over the rocks. I would recommend for those who enjoy the lake and simply want to relax and enjoy!

We got the house for a long weekend of chartered fishing on Lake Ontario. The bedrooms accommodated the nine adults and one child in our party very well. The large, well equipped kitchen, living, dining room combo provided plenty of seating for everyone to hang out together inside. The lawn leading to the water's edge provided the most fun. A large fire pit, plenty of Adirondack chairs and outdoor games kept us outside all day and night. It was a nice surprise to find a Weber grill on the patio. The sunsets really are spectacular. Weather prevented us from fishing, so we headed off to Niagara Falls, just an hour away. The local farm stands had delicious fruits and vegetables. We look forward to returning to the house next summer for our next salmon fishing trip.
