'Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!'

Joe was super kind and helpful at check in, and we loved the view from our 3rd floor room. While it’s true that there is no ac, that didn’t bother us at all. There are fans, and Telluride is cool at night. The beds are really comfortable, and the room was sparkling clean. 'The manager was very helpful at first. Then when we found the toilet in our room running constantly and not able to be flushed, he became almost completely unhelpful. He acknowledged that he knew about the toilet but there was nothing he could do. Finally, when pressed he said there was one other room that he could give us with 2 queen beds.
