This apartment is located in the Perrache station area, 50 m from the escalator to get there, in a beautiful old and perfectly maintained building. Located on the 4ᵉ floor with elevator, it is quiet, and overlooks a courtyard. You'll feel right at home!

Renovated last year, it offers every comfort. It benefits from an equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, and a mezzanine bed accommodating 2 people.

Ideally located, you can take advantage of the immediate proximity of the shops at the foot of the building, as well as access to Place Bellecour in less than 10 minutes on foot, or to the rest of Lyon by public transport.

Please note that we also have the Ruby apartment, which shares a private landing with the Mezzo if you wish to stay with family or friends during your stay in Lyon.
