Opéra 6 - Beautiful studio - Hôtel de Ville

Situated on one of the liveliest and most central area in Lyon, at the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île, you will relax and enjoy your stay in this little 17m² apartment located on the first floor of an historic building right next to the Opera (without lift).

You will enjoy a living room with a comfortable 140*190 sofa bed, a HD TV, a dining table as well as a nice fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. You will find a great bathroom as well, with a shower and toilets.

Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
