'Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!!
A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!'

'Easy self check in, location right in the heart of town, decent size room and en-suite, nice to have bottled water provided even better if there had been a fridge to keep it cold. Only problem was the electric box above the door was humming/buzzing all night so I didn’t get any sleep!'

'I had booked the wrong date of my stay, but was made to feel welcome and luckily could accommodate us that night instead.
The room was clean, spacious and airy. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The parking although small was available.
The breakfast was fantastic such a great choice and lovely cooked food, and prompt service.
Great location to the beach, shops and restaurants- will definitely be back thank you.'

'Fabulous three nights spent at this gem of a guest house. Steve and Elaine were perfect hosts, going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice, room and bathroom were as good as they could be. Comfortable bed and powerful shower (always a must in my book) were spot on. Parking available for a decent price. The Arthington is a winner in Blackpool and fully deserves all its plaudits.'
