'Had a great stay, very relaxing environment '

'You walked in and you were in awe of the how well lite up and clean it looked and smelled: fresh and inviting (I been in a few places where the smell was horrific) The staff was extremely helpful and glad to see us. Opened the door to the room and my wife and I felt like royalty, it was so nice. We give hands up for the shades that made it completely dark in the room so you can sleep and no smelly curtains. 'So overall, the stay was okay. As far as the comfortability, not so good. The beds were completely uncomfortable. They were so firm, that it felt like you were sleeping on a rock. I couldn't get much sleep, tossed and turned a lot. The rooms air, was so muggy, that me and my baby, literally could smell mildew in the air. It actually felt, suffocating. I had to buy air freshener, just in case I would run into something like that. You see the thing about me, is that I am a clean freak. Last but...

'The property was in pretty rough shape. There were chunks of someone's hair or weave laying in the hallway and in the pool area. There were people in there leaving garbage and making a mess everywhere. The drains in the sink and the tub were half clogged. The staff we interacted with were very nice.'

The room was nice and quaint and even had a stove. But later after inspection there was no remote + no hand soap. We had to get those at the front desk. Other than that the stay was fine. 'The woman who checked me in while not rude was not the friendliness. The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The carpet in the room was stained but was clean. This was a smoking room yet there was no ashtray and previous guests left burn marks on the furniture. Television did not work as did one lamp. Overall not a good stay.'

'No hotel was dirty and poorly lit. It felt unsafe. The hot tub that i was told was working was taped off. You could smell smoke in the hallways. I could hear someone playing music with loud base and the room its self was dirty none of the lights were plugged in and furniture waa moved away from the wall where there was trash.'

'The bed is basically a cot. it rocks back and forth and clangs on a flimsy piece of sheet metal that is meant to cover the fact that the frame is a cot with springs. pay the extra 10 dollars to go across the street'

'Prima hotel al zou ik nooit meer deze keten kiezen. Naast alle andere hotels die wij kozen was deze de mindere. Het personeel was kortaf en niet spontaan. Valt meteen op in het overdreven vriendelijke Amerika. '

'DO NOT STAY HERE. Upon pulling into the parking lot I knew I had made a mistake...went to check in and got the keys. Opened the door and there was no TV. Went back to the front desk and asked to be moved to a room with a TV...then walked into the second room and there was 1 double bed...I paid for two beds in the room. Went back down to the front desk and got moved for a third time...got to the third room to find it utterly disgusting and filthy. The linens and carpet looked like it hadn't been...

'Makkelijk bereikbaar en ruime parkeerplaats. Rustige omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel bij check-in en een goed ontbijt. Lobby lijkt onlangs gerenoveerd en is ruim en overzichtelijk.'

'Highly recommended this hotel. It was clean, staff were friendly/accomodating, and lots of options for snacks and food. I liked that they had parking available, rather than having to find a parking garage or lot off the property. Would definitely stay here again while visiting St. Paul!'
