'Het is een historisch gebouw. Op de zeer koude winterse dagen was de kant van de ramen wel koud in de kamer maar de verwarming was makkelijk naar een hogere temperatuur te zetten.
Het is een bijzonder charmant hotel met een zeer service gerichte staff. Een aanrader.'

'Great room in a unique boutique hotel with a fascinating history. Breakfast was nothing special but a notch above average. Room had a couple minor issues with shower door. The handles were loose and the glass had moved slightly in the top hinge, preventing the for from closing completely. Both of these could be fixed with simple tools (Phillips screwdriver and a hex wrench). Hotel needs to pay attention to these details to maintain a reputation as a top notch facility.'

'Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I had two issues they addressed immediately. The room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, spacious, and a really nice stay. I was in town for a stressful two day event and the hotel was what I looked forward to at the end of each day. Also amazing breakfast options.'

'The property is updated and well maintained. There was a storm the night we were staying and the power went out. I feel like the hotel staff did what they could to still make the stay comfortable, so I didn't lower the rating based on something they didn't have control over.'

'I left my iPad at room after checking out without noticing. And Cody who works at front desk called me about it. Luckily we were still in Mall of America and we managed to pick it up. Huge thanks to housekeeper and stuffs who helped me to get back my iPad. Highly recommend this place. '

'We were in town for the Yacht Club Festival and the Hyatt was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable; the windows were huge with a view out over the river but had excellent curtains to block out the light of the city.
We were in and out several times to visit parks and attractions around the city and it was quick and easy to text valet and retrieve our car. It was a quick, safe walk to the festival grounds. I would definitely book here again. '

'Spent the night after attending the Minnesota Scottish Fair and Highland Games. Didn't book the room until the Thursday before attending on Saturday. Wasn't able to check in until after 8:00pm, yet the front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. Room was ready and clean. After about an hour after checking in, the Front Looby staff called to check with me as to how the room was and if I needed anything after getting in.'
