'Had issues with my bank and the manager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place.'
