'Great location! Central and walkable to sights, restaurants and everything we wanted. Room was spacious and king bed comfortable. Bathroom was down three steps, otherwise fine. Expected a little more for the money… eg, there was a coffee machine but we had to ask for coffee and it wasn’t replenished. It was very nice coffee though! Bottled water in room would have been good. Overall very clean but we had to wipe out some dusty bits from all drawers. Room was otherwise cleaned very well each day....

'This boutique hotel is a real gem. Superfriendly staff that is so helpful. They think of everything. There even is sun cream provided at the pool. The room was fantastic, and so nicely decorated. The small pool was also fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, coffee, thee, bread, bagels, meat, cheese, etc. And the hotel is located directly on Duval Street,'

'Fantastic, couldn’t have picked a better place! Great atmosphere, very luxurious. Loved all the patio seating in cosy nooks and corners everywhere. Red poinsetta’s everywhere, I loved it! Breakfast menu is set, and suited our taste very well. To say the location was convenient is an understatement. It’s right of Duval, but still quiet enough to get a great night’s sleep. We left the car and walked everywhere.'

'Basically a lovely property, well maintained, in a very nice neighborhood, and just a couple of blocks from Duval, the ‘main drag.’ For a Select Registry property the manager needs to be more hospitable and attentive to guests. The happy hour, wine and cheese, in the afternoon needs a considerable upgrade and the breakfasts were quite ordinary.'

'This place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Key West!! From the warm welcome to the ease of checkout, every little detail was very well thought out and truly accommodating. This was probably one of the cleanest and neatest places that we stayed during our ten day venture south. The pool and hot tub right outside our villa door was an added plus: ) The location is also excellent. It is approximately 50 feet from Duval Street which was quite active during the day but still quiet at night. ...

'The Conch house was a treasure to stay at. We loves the staff, the room, the historical preservation, the story of Sam's family and the guests we met. Best of all, we took Mass across the street on Sunday in open air, walked to the beach and the Marina many times. We'll be back. A very Happy Valentine's indeed. '

'No matter how much I wanted (and tried) to like this place, the fact that the staff knew our a/c was broke was extremely disappointing. That room cost us over $800 for one night! The lady that checked us in should have said something, given us options for another room, or even let us decide to go elsewhere. But no, they all kept silent and made us suffer. Do you know how miserable we were the entire night without air? In Key West of all places! It was hot! Very hot!!! We barely got any sleep...
