'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '

'Truly a beautiful place. I stayed in the Leonora room. Not sure if it’s mentioned in the listing but there is no TV or refrigerator which is not a big deal at all. There is a fridge with cold drinks near the common area. My host was so sweet and everyone looking after the house is very nice and accommodating. Thank you! '

'We stayed for eight nights at Lasai Casa Puebla during March break. The property is VERY well-located in Roma Norte: It is a short walk to the nearest metro station, and stop to Chapultepec Park—also a very easy walk. The neighbourhood is gorgeous, with tree-lined streets in dappled sunlight, innumerable shops, markets, street food stands, restaurants, museums, bookstores, and parks. 'Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit. I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel.'
