'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '

'Superruim en net appartement. Enorm bed in de ene kamer (kunnen 3 personen) en vrij klein 2-persoonsbed in andere kamer (krap met 2 personen). Keuken klein, maar enorme koelkast met vriesvak. Veilig en zeer servicegericht. Waterdruk wel laag. Warm water keuken niet best, maar op te lossen met waterkoker. Douchekop is gefixeerd dus niet in te stellen of af te halen. '

Just a little more light would have helped a lot. Also, just leaving two detergent pods would have gone a long way for our 3-night stay. 'The property is in a great location in Roma Norte and you can walk many places - it’s a very safe neighborhood. The front desk staff are friendly. The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there. You can leave your luggage in the main entrance while the room gets prepared - just don’t leave valuables as the front door is wide open at times. The rooms are modern, large and very clean.
