I asked my elderly mother if we should request another room but she said that would be difficult for her to pack and move again. My suggestion is to advise the guest at the front desk before they unpack that there is construction in the next room so they are informed and offered a room with no construction going on next door and comp the guest or refund if its a downgrade. 'Ants in the covers, killed a roach in the bathroom, pay 15.00 per day to park! Room was not cleaned until 4pm!! Laundry machine would not take credit card, Apple Pay, and attended stated, keep trying, after you have put clothes and soap in the washer! Birds flying in breakfast area, not to mention the breakfast was somewhat ok, but pancake machine spit out dough not pancakes! None of the vending machines worked! Staff wasn’t helpful always had to say they’ll speak to the manager.'

'The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. 'Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
