Come to Pecan Point at Cedar Creek and escape the busy city life with 160' of unobstructed panoramic waterfront views showcasing glorious sunsets year-round, a spacious shady backyard, a recently updated home, a new boat dock, kayaks, and so much more… all located on a quiet point only 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Come retreat, relax, rejuvenate here at Pecan Point!

What we love about our outdoor space:

OUTSIDE we LOVE: our 160’ waterfront lake view!!; our relaxing back deck where 6 can dine and an additional 4 can sit on the large size rockers flanked by 2 outdoor fans; our lakeside fire pit that seats 8; our outdoor summer shower; our toy shack with 4 kayaks, Lilypad, and outdoor games such as corn hole and croquet; and certainly not least our new boat dock with an extended walkway that puts you about 90+ feet into the water. Here you can swim off the party deck, fish, or relax on two swings after turning on our mounted deck fan. You may bring your personally owned V-hull boat (up to 24' long and max 6000#) or 1 (one) personal watercraft. A signed Dock Usage Agreement, along with proof of boaters liability insurance will be needed 24 hours after booking. (Please note that no boat rentals are allowed on lifts nor tied to the dock as they are not insured)

INSIDE we LOVE: our panoramic lake view that stretches from the dining room through our open concept living room that seats 9 comfortably; our dining room that seats 10 plus another 4 at a lakeview bar table; our kitchen that is easy to work in and is well labeled and stocked; an additional small frig for extra drinks is located in our game room that includes a smart TV, ping pong, air hockey and a closet full of family board games/puzzles; our 3 charming upstairs bedrooms that offer vanity areas in each room. Two of the bedrooms have quiet reading nooks and the master has a smart TV. The game room is downstairs and converts to a 4th bedroom offering a sleeper sofa with a thick mattress (no bar) and a lockable door.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
*We require a signed separate rental agreement and copy of valid driver's license within 24 hours after booking to validate the age of the primary renter. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.

*Our driveway accommodates parking for 4 full size vehicles. If you bring a truck and boat trailer there is enough parking for 2 additional cars.

*For the protection of our property, there are exterior security cameras at the front door, overlooking the driveway, side garage door, backyard, and boat dock. There are NO cameras inside the house. Please note the cameras do record 24/7. We ask for quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

*Please note fireworks are prohibited by the city and by Trinity River Water District

*There are three smart TV's offering. Be sure to bring your login information for other apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Wi-Fi is provided.

*ALL 3 bedrooms and a bathroom are UPSTAIRS. We do love the charming cottage design but please be mindful of a few low angled ceilings.
