This single-story ranch house sits on the eastern side of Cedar Creek Lake, less than a mile from the heart of Gun Barrel City. There are several boat ramps close by, premium mooring whips provided for securing your boat at the dock, and driveway parking that can accommodate a trailer.

The home's remodel created a bright, open, and beautiful space, complete with a new kitchen and all-new beds with memory foam mattresses. After a fun-filled morning at Canton Trade Days (28 miles), come home to unwind in the expansive backyard that abuts the lake. At mealtimes, find everything you need in the polished kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and lovely stone countertops. Sit down to eat at the breakfast bar, in the window-side nook, around the dining room table, or outside on the covered patio.

For your evening entertainment, play board games at the table, pile on the sectional in the warmth of the fireplace, and stream a family favorite on the new 85-inch smart TV. Central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are provided for your convenience as well.
