Spanning 150+ acres of pristine, park-like surroundings, this modern log home offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Fire pit & hot tub with full view of pond will make all your worries melt away!
With over 150 acres of land at your feet, you will never run out of things to do.
- Swim, fish, paddle board, kayak or pedal boat in the large & fully stocked pond.
- Explore the land with a hike - the back of the lot connects to a Finger Lakes trail!
- Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub!
- Enjoy the outdoor games provided (corn hole, giant jenga, connect four).

Ellicottville is just a short drive away. Enjoy the many shops and restaurants/bars that Ellicottville is known for or spend the day skiing/golfing/hiking/bike riding at Holiday Valley or HoliMont.
With 6 bedrooms (9 beds) and 4.5 bathrooms, this spacious cabin offers plenty of room for a multi-family stay. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, hair dryers and mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion.
The large kitchen is fully stocked with appliances including a wine fridge, Nespresso machine, Keurig, full pot coffee maker, toaster oven, spices & all cookware/utensils/dishes.
There are 3 full sized refrigerators on site to hold all your groceries and beverages - so don't be afraid to stock up!
Baby gates, highchair, booster seat and pack n' play all on site to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Property is gorgeous! There was plenty of room for 15 of us. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. The rooms were a little warm without central air, but tolerable. Ashley was such a quick and responsive host, making the rental process smooth. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Family cabin trip

We loved this cabin, it was very beautiful and had a lot of amenities and stuff provided that we didn’t have to haul in our car. There is a ton of fridge space as we stayed in all weekend to cook! The only sad thing was the weather was terrible and rainy and we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outside and property because it was rainy and muddy.
