'Great hotel. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and there seemed to always be someone cleaning the lobby. The free breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold offerings (baked goods, make your own waffle, cereals, etc) and a different egg, meat and potato dish each day. The room was spacious and comfortable and had body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, which I appreciated because I forgot to pack my body wash! Nice indoor pool and small gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

'Loved the location. Bearing able to walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much and the staff in there wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. The hotel overall just needs some updates and upkeep. Starting to look run down, but so was the visitor center.'

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for...

'Maybe a better choice out of the surrounding hotels but definitely didn't feel like it was as great as most of the reviewers have mentioned. The front lobby appears nice and the staff were very friendly. However, although they maybe had some renovations, rooms still felt a little outdated and small. The bathrooms were small and you could definitely see the wear and tear on the ceiling of the shower and the shower head was very low for a standard bathroom shower. But what I really had an issue...

'The hotel was okay. However, the property is a little dated. Also, I didn’t have a sitting chair in the room. Finally, and I have never experienced this before; but there were no cups in the room!'

'The property was very outdated and very unclean. We needed a place to stay for the night and it was the only place available last minute. It worked for what we needed but I would not necessarily recommend this place to anyone I care about. The room smelled like smoke though it was a non-smoking room. The air conditioner worked well. There was hot water, but it took a very long time to get warm.'

'Bad customer service and no hospitality'

'Staff that was cleaning and doing renovations was kind of nosey. When we left to go to lunch before i left for work one of them was pretending to be cleaning in the hall but we could tell he had been listening at the door. My company felt very uncomfortable as we left to eat lunch and did not return to the room until I got off saying the men made her feel weird and unsafe. As for the front desk staff they was very professional and got us checked in and out without any issues.'
