'Pay attention to your booking. Picture may show a cabin but will be a hotel room. They need to do something about the moisture and the mildew smell. There was wrapper in the drawer so I know they don’t clean 100%. Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Was a decent stay though. Water park was fun for the kids and was convenient to the towns. They should spend some money on updates though. Also they need to pay attention to the stains on the sheets and maybe not use those ones. Biggest complaint is when I...

'Tons of restaurants and shopping within waking distance!! The Ferry is close as well.
The lock to get into the room was very loose.
The room could have definitely been WAY better😤
One bed was broken and on the floor, the other had a mattress too big for the box spring smh......
It was disorganized and had used shampoo bottles, one roll of extra toilet paper.
The ac unit filter was dirty AF.
For what we paid for 1 night wasn't worth it!!'

'There is no staff on site unless you happen to see one of the cleaners... Which we did because he had just finished cleaning our room right at the 4:00 p.m. check-in time.
The air conditioner made a horrific sound and then shut down. There is one light in the room at the far end. No table lamp/s.
The beds were sunken in and maybe something that a 4-year-old child would enjoy jumping on as was like a trampoline.

'This was all around bad nothing as was described. No heat when we arrived which was fixed. No tv was working the shower didn’t work so no showers for us to use , no toliet paper given either who wants to go get toilet paper on vacation. There’s no host to communicate with. The place was dirty all around live bugs all over inside just gross. People around us all had issues also. Overall not a good experience. Would like a partial refund not sure how to go about that.'
