'I love staying at the Lafayette Inn every time I visit my daughter. It’s always clean, spacious and quiet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I did notice on this stay that a hot breakfast is no longer provided. That was always a really nice touch. Too bad they changed that.'

'We stayed in one of the cottages. It was spacious with a balcony, mini frig and coffee maker.The cottages are built on an incline, but there are many other choices if walking uphill is a problem. There is a great indoor pool and exercise room. A sit down breakfast in a lovely dining room is included with fresh fruit cup, muffins, scones, and a menu selection with about 5 choices made to order. Stephanie will definitely keep your coffee cup filled. This place is wonderful for a midweek getaway....

'I didn't eat at the bar as it closed the kitchen too early. Bed was comfortable. I used the wifi which my security software said was not secure but i was comfortable running a VPN. I did not use any transportation services, i arrived with my own. The one thing i have to add.. on my last night there were people above my that walked heavy until the wee hours of the day and they either had a couple small children that playing or a pet. I wasn't able the determine the difference. I was fine...
