This is a comfortable lake house to come and unplug. Great size backyard situated on the lake with a dock for lounging, fishing, playing horse shoes, or just sitting by the fire.
The space
Guest will have access to the beach, tennis courts, water activities off the dock, plenty of yard space to enjoy and a fire pit for those cool nights.
This house has recently been remodeled and everything in it is brand new!
A brand NEW boat dock to fish from or enjoy the water.
It is a great place to entertain.
Every room has a Smart T.V. with Amazon Prime, Netflix and Directv Now. High Speed Internet Inside the house and down at the lake. Surround sound on the TV in the Living Room with Home Audio in the Master Bath, Living Room and Outside on the Deck.
Security system, gas fireplace and stove, washer / dryer.
Primary Bedroom is located downstairs and 2 guest rooms are upstairs.
5 minutes to shopping, Amstar Theater, hair/ nail salons and restaurants.
This home is situated in a quiet gated community.

The backyard deck is equipped with fire pit, BBQ Grill, outdoor sofa for much needed relaxation. Our Boat Dock has 2 Decks. The lower Deck is 11' x 16' and the Upper Entertainment Deck is 16' x 20' and has an outdoor couch and an all weather picnic table for lakeside dining.
We have a Sonos Sound system that you can enjoy while your relaxing on the Dock.
Our wifi also extends out to our boat dock. Guest will have access to the Lake from the property as well as tennis court, a miniature golf course and parks.

Our home is NOT pet friendly due to our kids severe allergies.
Guest access
All guests must only enter and exit thru the main security gate.
Only 3 permitted vehicles are allowed with gate passes.
Guests must park on the driveway, no street parking is allowed.
Other things to note
A rental agreement will be sent for signatures upon reservation which will detail all check in and check out information during the duration of the stay.

Our house has security cameras on the outside permiter of the house for safety and security purposes.
