Welcome to our 48 m² T3, ideally located in Mâcon, perfect for a comfortable stay whether you come for work or to discover the region!

Fully equipped and designed to make you feel at home, the apartment consists of:
- A bright living/dining room with sofa, coffee table, Flat screen TV, Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, dining table for 4 people

- A bedroom with double bed (140x190), comfortable mattress, bed linen provided, wardrobe/wardrobe

- An independent office to telework in peace, with a real desk, ergonomic chair and wifi

- A modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils + some basic products (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar...)

- A bathroom with shower, vanity unit, toilet, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo

- Comfort: High-speed Wi-Fi, heating, Netflix, PS4, mobile air conditioning depending on the season,

🧼 Bed linen and towels are provided. You don't have to bring anything, only your suitcases!

I provide an ironing board and of course an iron and a drying rack. A washing machine is available in the laundry room with laundry pods.

You will have the entire accommodation to yourself, in complete autonomy.

Keys can be collected directly from the letterbox.
Simply pull the door out of the mailbox at Oswald Ronziere's name which is magnetized, and you will find the key box inside.
You type in the code and it's all good!

You will find parking lots just in front of the building, 2 paid parking lots are at your disposal.
