'The location and beach are amazing! To have your own private beach (share with only a few parties) is a dream! The cottage was adorable and just what I needed as I stayed there on my own for most of the trip. Highly recommend! '

'This sweet cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The owners on site in attached house obviously care that you enjoy your stay. Parking is tight for a larger vehicle but there is another spot within walking distance if you should need it. The beach is so close!'

'The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.'

'We Sandpiper Cottage. Everything was just perfect. Our hosts really thought of everything! Location was great, close to town and beach. It was the two of us and my pup. There’s even a dog park close by. We loved it and will definitely return!! '

'The house was great, it was walking distance to the beach and a perfect spot for my friends. The rooms are small but not cramped, and there were a number of sitting areas for hanging out. It was very clean, and the sweet owners left a celebratory bottle of champagne! A great spot for a beach weekend.
