Huisdiervriendelijke hotels in Madeline Island

'The problems we encountered were mostly because of the other people staying at the hotel. The room next to ours left their dog alone and it barked until the reception staff was able to locate the people and have them quiet their dog, about an hour. Also the people upstairs were very noisy, very early in the morning. So, even though the hotel is very nice and has been nicely updated, our stay was not that great because of other guests.'

'Nice enough facility but in major need of renovation as the rooms seem dirty and dated. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice but again needs some updates and more fun pool activities.'

'Cottage 4 was a blend of rustic charm and recent updates. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We were a party of two, but it would have been roomy for four. The hosts’ welcome gift of local ice cream was a bonus. The location worked well for us. It was just off the highway, but quiet; and we had easy drives to explore towns and trails in the area.'

'Redelijk nieuw hotel in nette staat. Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding niet oké; veel te duur voor het gebodene. En dan ook nog $5 voor een flesje water vragen dat bij de meeste hotels gewoon complementary is... Hotel heeft houten vloeren dus elke voetstap is een etage lager te horen. Echt niet meer van deze tijd! Continental breakfast was redelijk beperkt (zeker voor deze prijsklasse) en dan ook nog flut plastic bestek en bordjes. Geen aanrader.'

'Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!'
