'The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Sumitra was great she cooked my mom and i breakfast everyday and was very pleasant. Overall I enjoyed staying the hotel, you can request for a taxi at front desk and will pay a reasonable price without getting ripped off. There are stores nearby the hotel few minutes walk if you need anything.'

'Close to airport, very clean and great service from all the staff. Loved how spacious our room and bathroom was. If you stay here, there is no need to go outside for food, they have variety of choices. We had their thali, momo and breakfast, they were all so delicious. The hotel staff is very helpful and professional. Will definitely stay here next time. Great job. '

'Wij waren een week in Kathmandu. Het Crowne Plaza hotel ligt op een afgescheiden ommuurde eigen terrein, wat een oase van rust opleverde in een anders zeer chaotische stad. Lekker om een beetje bij te komen. Het hotel heeft een aantal prima restaurants. De kwalitiet, maar ook de prijzen daar zijn wel gewoon ' westers'. De service is uitstekend. Iedereen is zeer beleefd en behulpzaam. Bellen voor ons voor excursies, herbervestiging bij de vliegtuigmaatschappij en dergelijke was geen enkele...

'The Everest Hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for throughout my stay.. Everyone is super helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are great and it was particularly lovely to you have a comfortable bed and a hot shower after trekking. I also loved the gym, pool and restaurant and the food was wonderful.
