'When we got there it was no gas in the area which means no hot water. The gas company was out I’m guessing but the water didn’t come on until the middle of the night which was such an inconvenience going to bed having traveled all day and not able to shower'

'The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park...

'This is a great property that’s conveniently located between Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park. It was very and not extremely busy! Hate that you have to pay to park but that would be my only complaint.'

'Breakfast was a disappointment. They had no pancakes available, due to low or no batter. Food was cold or barely warm. Breakfast offerings were not great. A huge letdown. Parking was also a challenge at night. Not enough safe parking available. 2 extremely large vehicles with tow took many spaces.'

'Bugs on the beds. No towels in the room and when we did get them, they were pretty dingy. One bed with no pillows at all. It said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast except for coffee. I would not stay at this place ever again.'

'The room was not clean upon arrival. Used towels were left on the bathroom floor, the TV was still on, and the bed sheets appeared not to have been changed after the previous guest checked out. It seemed that the room had not been properly cleaned at all. The hallways had an overwhelming amount of air freshener or spray, which made it difficult to breathe. 'Maria’s B&B is located in a cozy house in a peaceful neighborhood. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and large. The place overall felt really clean also. Breakfast was more than we could’ve dreamt of with Maria preparing homemade muffins and frittata for us. Maria is super friendly and accommodating. We left feeling full and well-rested, would definitely recommend staying here!'
