'Conveniently located and affordable, if you’re a large group and have transportation to New York for sightseeing. Not a-lot of room for common space gathering. Best if you just need to lay your head somewhere and will be out during the day.Free parking is a plus, property could use some maintenance with flooring, window, coverings, walls and ceilings. One of the restrooms seems like it is a porch addition, and is quite chilly in the winter. Having both floors was a benefit with two kitchens....

'I have few complaints for this property overall, but the condition of the jacuzzi raises significant concerns about how this property is cleaned between guests. There was a film of brown gunk (dirt? dead skin? who knows) covering the surface of the water and stuck to the inside of the cover. Had we not turned on our phone flashlights to take the cover off, we wouldn't have even seen it due to the lack of working lighting in that area. Luckily we noticed it before anyone got in. 'My family used this very clean apartment as a homebase for our NYC road trip. The location is great, as the Statue of Liberty (Liberty State Park) was less than a 15 minute drive, and we were able to drive into Manhattan via the Holland Tunnel relatively easily. Ali was very responsive, and usually replied back within 5 minutes of a question!Please note that this apartment does not have laundry - the laundry facility is about a 5 minute walk away. '
