A wraparound deck and covered front porch provide comfortable seating with views of two nearby water features, including a small serenity pond and waterfalls. The cabin is equipped with modern amenities throughout, including new furnishings, two smart TVs, and high-speed, cable-based Wi-Fi. An outdoor gas grill, dining table, and chairs make it easy to enjoy meals outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, pots and pans, a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, a standard 12-cup coffee maker with filters, a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, sweeteners, and creamers. Starter supplies such as paper towels, dish soap, dish towels, trash bags, and basic kitchenware are provided.
The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed and HDTV.
The full bathroom features a stand-up shower and includes fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and starter toilet paper.
A private parking space is located adjacent to the cabin for convenience.

Other Things to Note – Property Policies
Pets
Pets are not permitted without prior approval from the Host and payment of a $150 security deposit at the time of reservation. When approved, only well-behaved, house-broken dogs are allowed. Dogs must be crated inside the cabin when guests are away and must not disturb other guests. Evidence of an unauthorized pet will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
Children
This property may be suitable for children under 12 years of age; however, children must be supervised at all times on porches, decks, trails, and near ponds or other outdoor features.
Safety & Emergencies
Smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are installed in all cabins. Guests agree not to tamper with or disable these devices. In the event of an emergency, guests must call 911 immediately and notify the Host as soon as reasonably practicable.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Smoking is permitted only on porches, decks, or patio areas where ashtrays are provided. Smoking is not allowed in wooded or forested areas. Evidence of smoking inside the cabin, including odor, will result in a $200 fee.
Fire Safety
Candles and indoor fires are not permitted. Please ensure the stove and fireplace are turned off when not in use. Fires are allowed only in the designated fire pit. Fires outside the fire pit are strictly prohibited. Due to the wooded setting, guests may not ignite fires or smoke elsewhere on the property.
Illegal Activities
Illegal substances and activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Noise & Quiet Hours
Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum to respect neighboring cabins and properties. Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, including during arrival and departure.
Parties & Events
Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not permitted.
Visitors
No unregistered guests may stay overnight. Guests may have up to two daytime visitors during the stay. Overnight visitors are not allowed under any circumstances.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to the cabin or property during their stay, including accidental damage. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged as necessary.
Restricted Areas
Guests may not enter other cabins or buildings on the property. These areas are strictly off-limits.
