'We booked the night before so are pleased with our room. Beautiful grounds so we sat on the front porch, had a drink on the deck off the bar so who needs a sitting room. Our dinner was delicious. We will be making the bread dips as Winston as we figure out the recipes. My beet salad is better but theirs is excellent. We had the best, bar none, waitstaff. Loved the live music on the porch. We will be back '

Upon early arrival, the staff was very gracious and accommodating in providing us with a room on the first floor (a change request based on a knee injury). The room was nice with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom with double showers & sinks! 'Nicely renovated and very clean! The only suggestion I could have is installing minisplit units instead of window shaker type. The window shaker is loud and you have to increase the volume of the TV to hear when is on. Otherwise, this is a very nice property.'

So convenient but after a long day of hiking a little too far. But only a short drive. My room was on the street so there was street noise, but they provide ear plugs and an in room noise machine. '
