Woke up to the whole place flooded when we went up front office to tell staff he just said sorry for inconvenience all my clothes were soaked and he could of at least offered washer and dryer but no when we asked for reimburse he just said there could possibly be a small discount in 5-7 business days I will never stay there again I don’t recommend to my worse enemy the the place flood don’t rent the bottom rooms

It’s a decent older property, tucked away off the highway. Lots of food options close, the breakfast they offer is very carb & bread based with limited hot options. They are first come first serve, unless you can talk the attendant into providing more. The rooms can stand some more updating focused on the tub/showers, door locks/security, & finishing trim.

It's was good
It was just fine. Served its purpose as just a place to rest up on a road trip. Even with waking up at 2am with the fire alarms going off and hanging out in the parking lot for an impromptu meet and greet with the other guest. Would stay again. No real complaints

We reserved a room with a king-sized bed. Upon arrival, we were advised that the only king room available had no working key entry. So whenever we needed to access our room we had to go to the office and have someone open our door with their master key. This was a hassle! The toilet seat was broken. The faucet was loose. The water was not very hot.

Nice, clean! motel
We just needed a clean, quiet place to stay for the night before moving on up the road. We were pleasantly surprised by this small motel in Madisonville. Most significantly, the room was very clean and had no tobacco, pet, or mildew smells that seem so prevalent in this industry. The front desk staff were polite and very helpful.

Well right off the bat king size suite room had hair inside bed so switched to another double suite that was ok but ac wasn’t the best had to keep it on 61 just to keep room cool and that’s only because that’s the lowest temperature it will allow and no toilet paper in room only a small amount from last guest I guess.. crack in walls throughout both rooms and hotel outside… went down one flight of stairs to outside and it was locked so if fire well you would not have gotten out this way

This hotel isn’t that old, but the maintenance has not been that good since it already feels like an older hotel inside the rooms. The staff was very accommodating for my physical struggles and ended up giving us a suite instead of making us climb the stairs to a second floor room, which I greatly appreciated! The “suite” had a kitchenette that was dark and gloomy like a cave and the fridge was rundown looking as well as the whole room. The bathroom door was dirty with stuck on stuff and grime from hands. The toilet flushing mechanism was broken and you had to push the handle back up to stop it from continuing to run. The sofa and reclining chairs were old and dirty. Thankfully the beds were ok. The whole room just felt gloomy and unpleasant overall. It wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but it certainly wasn’t 4 stars or above. The lighting and decor needs major overhaul ing for this place to have a better feeling. I would rate the staff a 4.5.

This is a last resort kinda place, not worth it
Booked a single queen room, got a double queen room. Toilet seat las loose and held on with one bolt?? Had to call and ask for towel refresh and room was not cleaned (2 night stay)
