Studio near Palacio
Convenient location, close to major attractions. A few minor issues with the hot water system and a refrigerator malfunction that were quickly addressed / resolved by the owner. An adequate space for two people.

Very pleased
The place was small but its really nice and cozy. The property managers were very nice and easy to communicate with. Loved the location! It was really easy to walk to a lot of sights. Overall really good place.

Small but just right
The apartment is quite small, I slept in the sleeper sofa which wasn't as comfortable as the bed. The shower is hard to work, the hot and cold handles needed to be in exactly the right spot to get warm water. But overall, it was a fine place to stay for 3 night.

Responsive Host, Great Location
The location of this VRBO can't be beat. In the heart of it all! The host was very responsive to our questions. This VRBO has a comfortable queen size bed. The sofa pull-out is between a twin and a double and not very comfortable. My daughter ended up just sleeping on the sofa which was fine since she is not too tall.

Location, location. This property is an easy walk to many of the sites of interest in Madrid. The studio apartment was damp, the finishing was crude. Neither of us could figure out the hot water in the shower. I will say that the location made our staying where we were worth the stay.

For Jesus.. amazing location... beautiful suite.. priced right for 3 adults.. Please have a maintenance person re-install the toilet... seems to be lifting off the floor.. For future residents... enjoy your stay!!:)

Bon emplacement/propre
Logement central, très propre situé à proximité de la station de métro, et moins de 100 mètres d’une épicerie bon marché. Nous avons pris une connexion gratuite (bus vert) de l’aéroport vers le métro. Ensuite, nous avons le métro pour quelques euros vers l’appartement. Le lieu était propre, il y avait des volets en bois qui cachaient l’entrée de lumière le matin. Une seule issue, soit celle de la porte. Quartier très tranquille, le fait d’être au Rez de chaussée n’est pas inquiétant. Très bon système de cadenas. La ventilation fonctionne bien et il y a eu de l’eau chaude. Les voisins étaient calmes donc nous n’avons pas eu de bruit. Seul bémols, pour notre enfant, le divan- lit n’était pas confortable. Je recommande,

Nos sentimos inseguros porque a las seis de la mañana la cerradura electrónica se abrió sola, lo cual se repitió un par de veces más. El sofá cama una tortura china. Bajo reformado y zona buena, pero imposible descansar.

Espectacular estadía
Realmente el dpto esta muy bien ubicado, tiene un sistema de seguridad en su puerta qué te da mucha tranquilidad (habíamos visto que daba a la calle en el anuncio) realmente sus dueños estuvieron en contacto en todo momento a disposición de cualquier inquietud. Seguramente vuelva a alojarme aquí 😊

Property has everything , small supermarket a few steps away . Sofa bed it’s not confortable . There parking close by but it’s expensive $36 Euros per night . I will recommend this place for a young couple since it’s walkable and a lot of places to see .

V difficult for our driver to find. Whilst the property is cozy it’s not it’s name. It’s Opera Suites Fidelio. The name Cozy needs to be in the description not the name. Check in was difficult. I hadn’t intended doing international roaming but was forced to as it was the only way to check in. Check in was complicated

We stayed 3 nights. To be honest, I booked this place without talking to my husband because it was a great location and good price. However, when we arrived my husband was concerned about it was street level. But, it turned out it was safe neighborhood. I communicated with Jesus a couple times with other questions and he was very responsive and resolved our issues. Thank you Jesus and his team 🙏

Excellent property, in the perfect location - close to everything. Finding parking was a little tough, but an easy walk to everything once we did. The host communicated well and did a great job describing the location. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental had an amazing location, with walking distance to almost anything we wanted to experience in Madrid! There were a few hiccups with the place, including trouble with the code to get in, issues with the toilet running, and the shower only had very hot water. But the place was clean and spacious.

Pocket of history in a bustling meca
1st timers to Europe and Madrid, I wanted to still feel the ancient energy amidst the modern hussle and bustle of the city, and we found it!! It was so awesome to be able to open the huge metal front door right to the cobblestone street, a tiny pocketed historical neighborhood if you ask me. A couple minutes walk we were awe-struck by the magnitude of Thee Palace of Madrid itself!! WOW. A few further blocks away was an area better and bigger than Vegas and New York put together. Several blocks inwards of that was the epic Plaza of the Mayor, just like in the old movies. I couldn't believe all the different open social plazas we could visit on foot from the VRBO. I feel like we got a good feel for all the essence of Madrid. Keep in mind, The doors and walls are very thin so come prepared to drown out the neighbors, it was so helpful the TV had You Tube as soon as you turn it on so we fell fast asleep to a "white noise" video, we were not bothered by the neighbors party at all this way. Also take note the left handle of the shower is the pressure power while the right side is temp control. We don't have this type in USA so it took us many tries to figure it out hahaha, I appreciate the double level shower heads so I didn't have to get my hair wet. The large open layout was very nice for opening up big suitcases. Such a beautiful apartment with the exposed stone granite walls and modern accents. Big Love to the owner Jésus who was able to lock the front door from his cellphone when our Uber was waiting to take us to the airport haha I couldn't figure out how to lock it. We weren't late for our flight! Thanks again for the travel advice Jésus!!!

Great location. Apartment good enough for 4 people
The apartment was like advertised and we could see in images. Enough space for 4, has TV with Netflix, Amazon, etc. The kitchen is good, has a microwave and big fridge and you can prepare what you like easy. What could be better is cleanness, it was not like it should, this must be improved. Now, the best. Location. It's right in the center a few minutes away from Royal Palace and Cathedral Almudena. A few more and you're in Plaza espana and Gran via. I stopped the car very near in the first day and only take it when exiting the apartment. And in August the park is free. I'd definitely repeat if I could.
