Luxurious and complete apartment of 120 m2 in one of the most central neighborhoods of Madrid. It is a ground floor apartment in a quiet area with numerous restaurants, stores and places of interest in the area.

With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and you can disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home.

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A living area where you can find: a sitting area with sofa and TV and a dining area.
- Three bedrooms with double bed
- Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub
- A kitchen

It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.

- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years old.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested data prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
