Welcome to our home – a peaceful family home surrounded by nature, on the outskirts of Las Rozas and just 25 minutes from central Madrid.

Our private guest apartment is located within our family villa in a beautiful green residential area. Here you can enjoy a unique combination of nature, relaxation and easy access to Madrid.

We are a family with small children living in the main house. Guests have their own private apartment with a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The garden, pool and BBQ area are shared spaces where guests can relax, enjoy outdoor meals and experience authentic family life in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Just around the corner you will find a protected nature reserve with walking trails, lakes and beautiful scenery. It is common to spot birds, rabbits and other wildlife while exploring the area. The surroundings are peaceful and perfect for morning walks, jogging or simply enjoying nature.

The property is ideal for families, couples, remote workers and visitors looking for a quiet and comfortable stay away from the city noise while still being close enough to enjoy everything Madrid has to offer.

Guests arriving by car will find parking on the property. A car is recommended for exploring the area and nearby attractions, although Madrid can also be reached by public transport.
