Prima hotel voor gezinnen
Prima verblijf gehad met gezin in dit hotel. Heerlijk zwembad, heerlijk gegeten (ontbijt en diner), vriendelijk personeel.

dicht bij bell hotel, een goed restaurant
Verblijf was oke , een zwembad waar je heerlijk kan afkoelen was het grootste pluspunt. Zeer ruime kamers met stille airco zijn eveneens een pluspunt. De bediening aan het ontbijt was daarentegen met momenten zeer onprofessioneel, je bord werd weggenomen terwijl je nog aan het eten was, de kwaliteit van ontbijt is ook zeker niet op vijfsterrenniveau. In Madurai kunnen ze echt niet tippen aan het vier of vijfsterrenniveau van Chennai.Ook werd de kamer niet eens gedweild, we vonden nog hele stofplukken onder de zetel omdat ons kleintje van 18 maand iets had laten vallen. Ik denk eerlijk gezegd dat het gebouw op zich 5 sterren verdiend maar het eten en de bediening misschien maar 2 sterren.

We expected at least a 3 star facility. This fell far short. The room was the smallest of the group. The bathroom lacked proper drainage. Shower water ran all over. The toilet sink had water stains. The cushion had coffee stains not cared for. The bathroom did not have storage space or place for toilet roll. The place needs a lot of make over. It is over priced for the value it offers. The saving grace is the nice open yards, banyon trees and the courteous dining room staff.

Fantastic stay and friendly staff. Best in Madurai, though expensive worth the price and stay. This is my 2nd visit and will be back.

I was a bit a disappointed to be honest. I wasn’t expecting the toilet and shower to be positioned outside the room, so when you need to go to the toilet or shower you are harassed by mosquitos!!! I didn’t think it was super clean, the dining room chair covers were white but visibly dirty and looked stained. The blinds in my room were not easy to operate to get natural sunlight inside. However the staff were very lovely. I would not go back, I don’t think the place deserves 5 stars. I’d give it 3 or 4 at most.

I was highly disappointed in the service we received for the price and class of property. The staff was junior and felt untrained. The restaurant staff especially was not good as almost everything seemed chaotic and unorganized. We had to ask multiple times for small things and everything was significantly delayed. It looks like they optimize for buffet and not prepared for ala carte but buffet food is mediocre at best. Room service was also not top-notch. There were several instances where simple things like tea arrived in 90 minutes. I was quite disappointed that they closed the pool at 7 p.m. It looks like a beautiful pool but we came back around 7 pm every day after sightseeing and could not use the pool. Overall a beautiful resort poorly run and managed.

This place is beautiful. Staff is great. They genuinely take care of the guests. Villa's however do not have privacy. 4 villas are located in one huge house with outside common space. During our stay we had large group staying beside us and they made such noise that we could sleep every night until 1am. Complaining to the reception didn’t really help as they kept saying they are celebrities and they can’t do much. Bathrooms are run down.. shower buttons are leaky. Villa flooring is bad, that the tiles make sound everytime somebody walks. At night they can be disturbing.

I have a issue here , I had booked option of pay at the Hotel . The hotel has taken the payment of my card 48 hours before arrival which is not at all acceptable . The hotel is great. Pacilities and service great but location is not good and you need to take a cab each time you go out. The area where the hotel is very poor and there is nothing near by.

The hotel is fabulous. Very unique in India's view and condition. Rooms are extremely huge, service is beyond my expectations. Unfortunate they don't have anything to offer for vegan people, not even some kind of milk like soy or almond. I expect a place like this to be a bit more environmental and healthy but other than this it was awesome.

Enjoyed the stay, staff very helpful, courteous, pleasant, especially Ganeshan did our room was excellant. I also like to mention one of the front reception staff, whose name I can not remember, he was extremly helpful and knowledgeable helped us cancel our flights, spoke a a fluent english. Only thing I did not like the place was the mosquitoes, they made a field day of my husband.

A great place to stay in Madurai
Our stay was excellent. On the first night the A/C in our room failed and the hotel responded instantly, and as soon as they figured that it could be fixed quickly, they upgraded us to a better room. If our room was great this one was even better! The hotel is very tastefully built and maintained very well. It is an oasis of good taste and sylvan surroundings in the middle of Madurai. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is excellent. They are also very eco friendly. We appreciate their supplying clean water in glass bottles instead of the usual commercial plastic bottles of water. The only negative point was that there is a party hall in the campus and sometimes there is plenty of noise arising from there. Disturbs the otherwise tranquil atmosphere.

Hotel bonito y tranquilo, pero nada más
La villa era enorme, pero no había AC en el baño, solo un ventilador y hacía un calor insoportable. Además no podías abrir nada a partir de las 4 por los mosquitos. Solo un restaurante no muy bueno y ninguna zona más donde poder tomar algo fuera. La zona de la piscina privada no tenía ni siquiera una silla donde sentarse. El servicio dejaba mucho que desear: lento y desorganizado
