'Nice entrance and lobby, friendly staff, nice appearing room however disgusting bathroom in room 718. The shower door was barely holding with moldy caulking and black moldy tiles. The carpet around the bed also needs a deep clean. Overall good to spend the night however could be much better with a bit more maintenance and cleaning.'

'O quarto não possuia ar condicionado que funcionasse: sistema de ar muito antigo, inclusive meu irmão que estava no mesmo hotel trocou de quarto e continuou não funcionando. Fiquei trancada no elevador e o sistema do telefone e alarme não funcionava. Tive que gritar ao ouvir uma voz se aproximando, que foi quem me socorreu chamando o pessoal do hotel, mesmo assim fiquei 51 minutos presa dentro do elevador. O corredor estava bastante sujo, um cheiro muito forte de mofo no carpete. Fiquei...

'Café da manhã, atendimento e quarto confortável'

'The property is well located and on the face of it has good amenities but there is 1 major issue and that is noise! If you are a city dweller it might be OK but for someone who lives in the depths of the country the noise that passes through the poorly closing single glazed windows can be bothersome. Additionally if you are situated on the 13th (top) floor as I was then be prepared to listen to the elevators and a variety of pumps on the roof that will disturb your sleep throughout the night ....
