Needed to ask for coffee sachets and white towels were not hotel soft or white but not stained but just dull and hard.'

'Staff were very attentive and helpful. Had an issue with the shower not draining and it was attended to and resolved and cleaned within 10mins.
I arrived late at night after flight delays. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry.....
Booked a taxi through them which arrived early.

'Overcrowded and noisy hotel. It's not peaceful place. Breakfast is just ok. Hotel plays music till 11 and even if you want to sleep in your room music won't be stopped. MLM group events happen everyday and staff is unable to handle them. These Groups stay in hotel for one day and next morning they start there team building exercises@5:30 am. You can hear it all while you are in your room.
Bad hotel to stay for peaceful or relaxation holidays.
