'The lady that runs Don Chai guest house made our monthly stay in Chiang Mai! She is the sweetest caring lady. If I’m ever back in Chiang Mai I will definitely stay there! '

'I arrived expecting a 5 star luxury hotel- which is how it is listed in Expedia. Showed up to a dirty room that had a chunk of hair on the bathroom and the walls had black mold all over them. What sealed our decision to pack our bags immediately and go elsewhere was the giant cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was friendly enough but I would not recommend this place at all.'

'The only thing i missed was a towel. I have one myself but for four days isn’t really enough Maybe every otter two days a clean towel? '

'You get what you pay for but overall good. We rented a scooter to get around but you could only rent it from the bus station which was not as convinient.'

'This is a beautiful little boutique hotel with six rooms. The staff are all very helpful and attentive, from the day that we first arrived until we left we were treated like we were at home instead of just been another guest. All of the staff were so nice, Yui, Gem, Boat and another girl who worked at night whose name escapes me and the very quiet girl who looked after the rooms. I would not hesitate to recommend your stay here.'

'My stay here was pretty good, I just had a really strange encounter with one of the owners upon check out when she practically yelled at me to bring her my key (I left it in the door as generally there was no staff around to give it to). She could’ve politely said she didn’t want to climb the stairs and I would’ve happily got it, but the way she spoke to me was really out of nowhere and odd and so I didn’t rebook.
