'We stayed in apartment 5 which is separate to the hotel but only a few minutes walk away. We were able to park outside the apartment in our own space (you need to turn into the apartment and go under the arch to find it) and on checkout they let us stay parked there until 3pm which gave us an extra 3 hrs to explore Chester. 'Lovely room, quiet, clean. We were a bit worried when we saw the hotel was on such a busy street, but once we were in our room, we heard absolutely nothing from all the noise outside. Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!'

'The hotel was spotless. Staff were brilliant and always helpful. The only improvement required is breakfast the demand was far higher than the speed of food production. Choices good but very slow with refills of cooked food. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.'

'Everything the staff on were so helpful, had a problem with the first ev changing bay but thankfully there was a spare, what’s annoying is people parking that clearly do not charge their car or have petrol park there because it’s closer to the hotel very frustrating, otherwise was perfect stay'

'The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and welcoming. The facilities were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful; you could choose for yourself what you wanted. There was a large selection to choose from. It was easy to park. '
