'It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. 'The apartment had the best view! You will want a car here as it is a steep hill to get up but hey good exercise? I stayed at 3 rentals during my USVI trip and this one did not have any extra items such as beach chairs, coolers or towels. I think we had two bath towels and they had an old wet towel smell to it. 'The apartment I was put in was not the one in the photos. Apparently what I booked needed repairs, I didn't know of the change until I was there. And while the alternate unit was clean, I was not comfortable. Parking was a crap-shoot. There is a hotel next door that gets very busy. The hotel next door was the saving grace of the stay. 'The hotel rooms were fine, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was clean. The slider door was extremely hard to open. The TV didn't work. We were only staying one night, so neither of these things bothered us enough to move rooms, but I did report the tv. The repair person had already gone home for the night. There was no restaurant or bar on the property. There was a vending machine and they had free muffins, coffee and water in the lobby for breakfast. It's super close...
